Time Marches On ......with or without us.

My Mom was up yesterday and couldn't believe how much WD is changing and growing. When she last saw him the weekend of April 5th & 6th, he was just learning to smile. Now he smiles and laughs all the time. She said she didn't want to leave because she wanted to stay and play and giggle with him. This weekend we are planning to start adding formula to WD's palate and digestive system, so he is tolerant of it when the breast milk runs out. He has slept through the night the last 2 nights, and has a little cold that doesn't seem to be slowing him down much. He wants to be awake and looking around during the day. He really prefers to be in someone's arms walking around so he can see different things. I've worn him around the yard some days when it's nice and he really likes that. That and singing...he likes to be sung to. We've just started the Animal Fair song from my childhood. I have to learn more verses though as I only remember the baboon and the monkey verses.
