You can't tell that Sutton (10) and Rowan (6) love their cousin William can you? I'm just not sure about it. They were up briefly with their Dad and Grandma Karyn on Thursday 7/31 after graduating swimming lessons. It seems that they were more interested in WD than their ice cream - now that's love isn't it!?!

Simple Update
Things are going well at the Kluver household. We went to Grimes to see the Short Family this weekend and grilled out there (Amy and I used to work at Progressive together). The weather cooperated, clearing off for a lovely evening. Then Saturday we cleaned house for the Taylor Family to come over (Becca and I were college roommates). We ordered in pizza and had homemade cookies, and the weather again held off until right as they were leaving.
Sunday - we made it to church for the 2nd week in a row, and even stayed for fellowship & cookies afterwards!
Feedings are going well - William is warming up to the idea of rice cereal. He especially likes the spoons to chew on. We tried a little fresh peach (I just scraped his spoon against a peach Dave was eating) but he wasn't really sure about that. Guess his taste buds aren't that refined yet.
This morning (Monday) I found that after a weekend of gluttony - my milk has come in full force! So William will be happy and Daddy might even be happy too (hey - formula is expensive - so we try to save money any way we can!). Sorry no Pics this week - we'll be sure to get some for next week's update.

Growing Family
Not much new to report this week. We're still trying to get the milk flowin' and William seems to be OK that. He's getting some, and I'm enjoying our time together, but I'm still nowhere near what I was producing.
We're looking forward to going NORTH this weekend as all of Dave's family will be there, and it will be great to see everyone. We're also looking forward to seeing how Grandpa Don is doing on that new knee of his. See you next week, there should be LOTS to share then!

OUR WEEK IN PICTURES
I entered the pictures backwards so I guess we'll explain our week backwards.
The biggest change and news (depending on if you ask Dave or I) is that William and I started to nurse again. I had several complications (including infections) while previously nursing and really disliked pumping, so I quit. But I found that I really missed it the longer I went without it. So this weekend I decided to start back up. I'm pretty excited for it, and as you can see in the picture from this morning, William is pretty happy about it. What a "boob man"...huh? :-) Just keep your fingers crossed for us that this will go smoother this time around.
The other big event is William coming into a very large acquisition of toys and books from a very, very generous uncle. I'm not sure who enjoys them more...William or Daddy? Daddy reads to him everyday when they get home from the sitter's. Daddy is happy to have more reading material, but I think William would enjoy it even if Daddy read from his Backpacker magazines. Just not his Maxim magazine - WD's too young for that ...but then again - judging from the above picture, he might like all the bikini shots.
Uncle Rob and Grandma Karyn visited Sunday and took turns trying to see who could make WD laugh harder and louder. Here Uncle Rob blew kisses on William's neck, chest & tummy.
Below - I'm not sure who was laughing harder, William or Grandma Karyn!
And no that's not sweat he's worked up (although he can really get going), that's drool.
